Terms And Conditions


A non-refundable $500USD deposit is required to reserve your space on your chosen retreat. Once your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation. In addition you will receive via email a release waiver, which you will need to accept, sign and return within 48 hrs of your booking.


All our prices are quoted per person in US dollars.

Your final and full payment for the retreat is due and will be processed 4 weeks in advance of the arrival date. Once your payment is received, you will receive the information package for your retreat.


The following are NOT included in the Retreat Package price: Any airfare or travel related costs to and from the retreats, travel medical insurance and trip cancellation insurance. Any form of airport departure taxes and baggage insurance. Any accommodations and transportation which is not part of the confirmed retreat package is not included.

You will be responsible for the full cost of your reservation even in the event that you choose to depart early or arrive late. Trip cancellation is highly recommended.


Retreat packages include; three meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fruit bowl, tea and water available throughout the day. Where applicable airport transfers to and from the retreats will be available. Check each retreat if airport transfers are available as part of your retreat package.

Massages, activities and excursions are available at an additional cost.


Any gratuities related to the retreat or resort is not included in the retreat package price. Gratuity is not mandatory, however, you are welcome to leave gratuity for the retreat staff member on an individual basis.


Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended in the event you are not able to complete the retreat.

No refunds or credits will be given for late arrivals to the retreat or early departures from the retreat.

No refunds will be given for prepaid activities booked in advance if they are available but not taken during the retreat.
